So happy that I made the decision to joint Great Shape. Matt and the team are knowledgeable and professional and really take care of you and provide support every step of the way. The in-studio classes are fabulous and are different enough so that you don’t get bored. Class sizes are small. During lockdown 2.0 they are doing absolutely everything possible to keep us all on track with live zoom classes multiple times per week and regular check ins to talk about how we are going. The option to access recordings of the zoom classes you miss has been amazing.
