Georgia Morgan

Georgia is  passionate about helping people become the best version of  themselves - through movement, healthy eating, strong self care and mental health habits. Georgia is bubbly, friendly and outgoing and has been coaching since 2009 across a number of different sports and fitness styles including, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning and has extensive experience with Group Training and 1:1 Personal Training. Her love for movement was born from a background in dancing, rowing and athletics throughout school, where she was able to stay involved in her early twenties as a coach for many of these sports.

Georgia is trained at University as a Social Worker, which is helpful for quickly building rapport and identifying what each client needs in order to maximise their chance of success during their fitness journey. After finishing her studies at University, Georgia's drive to share her passion for fitness pushed her to become qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015. She has a knack for meeting you where you are at and will only ever push you if she can see the potential and knows you are ready to push your own boundaries.  You will feel supported, empowered and encouraged so that you know you are getting the most out of every single training session.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III Group Instructor & Certificate IV Personal Trainer
  • Level 1 ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach
  • Bachelor of Health Science / Bachelor of Social Work

Experience:

  • Group Training and 1 on 1 Personal Training
  • Extensive Sports Coaching including Cross country, Athletics and Rowing
  • Spent 3 years living & working in the Canadian Rockies; Skiing, Hiking, Mountaineering
