As you enjoy some time off with family and friends, we want to remind you that staying healthy and fit can still be fun, even during Easter festivities! Here are some tips to help you maintain your health and fitness goals while enjoying the holiday:

1. Move Your Body: Incorporate physical activity into your Easter celebrations. Take a family walk or bike ride, organize an Easter egg hunt with active challenges, or join in on some backyard sports. Aim for at least 30-60 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week and keep up your regular gym, group class or pt sessions if you aren’t going away.

2. Mindful Eating: While it's tempting to indulge in Easter treats, try to balance your meals with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Enjoy your favourite treats in moderation and savour each bite mindfully.
